Attention Student Athletes:
We are pleased to announce that Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) Athletics is going paperless!
All students who wish to participate in athletics must create an account at www.athleticclearance.com.
When you go to the site, click on the FL icon and follow the steps to register and create an account.
Per state law, OCPS and FHSAA guidelines, all students must submit ALL required paperwork BEFORE being allowed to participate in any way. This paperwork includes a pre-participation physical that must be performed and signed by a physician, physician’s assistant, or nurse practitioner licensed in the state of Florida. Physicals are valid for one calendar year.
Even students who have a current physical form on file must create an account at www.athleticclearance.com, answer all questions and complete all signature spots. If you need a physical form, also known as the EL2, it is available online, once you create your account, or you can get one from the front office at Oak Ridge High School beginning on July 6th.
Remember, you MUST create an account at www.athleticclearance.com and complete the entire process in order to participate in football conditioning or conditioning for any other fall sport.
Football conditioning will begin on July 6th at Oak Ridge High School. If you have any questions regarding football conditioning, please email Head Coach Billy Owens at Billy.Owens@ocps.net.
