Fall Sports Conditioning/Workout Guidelines

OUTDOOR DISTANCING GUIDELINES

  • Two pods allowed on one (1) full size FOOTBALL FIELD / practice field at a time

§ Two areas – north end zone-40 yard line and south end zone- 40 yard line

§ Each pod is allowed 40 yards maximum (five yards/athlete)

  •  Two pods allowed on BASEBALL FIELD at a time

§ One pod in left to left-center field

§ One pod in right to right-center field

  •  Two pods allowed on SOFTBALL FIELD at a time

§ One pod in left to left-center field

§ One pod in right to right-center field

  •  One pod allowed in the WEIGHT ROOM at a time
  • § One pod allowed on TRACK at a time

 

HEALTH SCREENINGS

§ Head coach to complete Health Screening for assistant coaches daily

§ Coach to complete Health Screening for the athletes in their pod

§ Anyone with a temperature at or above 100.4 will need to immediately leave campus for the day

 

ITEMS STUDENTS CAN BRING

Student-athlete personal bag to include:

§ Personal water bottle/towel/face covering/dry t-shirt/snack

 

PARENTS

§ Parents/guardians unable to attend workouts

§ Must remain in their vehicle at drop-off and pick-up

§ Communication with coaches must be arranged in a virtual manner

§ Alternative plans need to be prepared for transportation if athlete has a temperature at or above 100.4
